Hugging, a gesture of love and affection

World Hug Day is celebrated in several countries on 22 May.

This date was celebrated with vigour at Indelague – Roxo Lighting.
The marketing team invested their time in affection and hugged all the company’s employees.
“We hope that this example will inspire the distribution of hugs,” explains the Marketing Manager.

Hugging is a universal form of communication that doesn’t need words, a demonstration of affection, affection or friendship and works real miracles in people’s lives, particularly in terms of mental health.

Recent studies confirm that the gesture of hugging increases levels of a substance called oxytocin, which has the particularity of reducing states of stress and anxiety, increasing a person’s happiness, self-esteem and well-being.
